1.Purpose of the directory
HiddenWeb.to is a directory of independently operated clearnet websites and Tor onion services. We provide links, descriptions, website information and community features to help visitors discover external resources.
The external websites themselves are operated by their respective providers. HiddenWeb hosts its own directory pages and contributions; a link in the directory does not mean that we operate, own or control the destination website.
2.External websites and changing content
External websites may change their content, ownership, domain or business practices after a listing is submitted or reviewed. We cannot continuously monitor every linked page or every change made by its operator.
Inclusion in the directory is not a guarantee that an external website is lawful, accurate, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. The destination provider is responsible for its own content and services. This does not remove any responsibilities that apply to HiddenWeb itself.
3.Status labels, recommendations and placements
Availability labels describe the information recorded by our checking system at a particular time. An Online label does not certify that a website is safe; an Unknown result does not necessarily mean that it is offline. Not Checked and Tor Unchecked indicate that the relevant check has not been performed or recorded by our current system.
Community votes, reviews and rankings reflect the information or activity used by those features. They are not independent safety assessments. Partner / VIP badges and Featured or advertising placements are not certifications of identity, legality or reliability.
4.Using external links
Before visiting an external website, check its address and consider the risks involved. Be cautious when downloading files, providing personal information, signing in or making payments. External sites apply their own terms and privacy practices.
You must comply with the laws applicable to your activities. Tor onion services normally require a suitable Tor connection; their appearance in this directory does not establish that HiddenWeb has checked them through the Tor network.
5.Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep directory information useful and up to date, but listings, descriptions and community contributions can contain errors or become outdated. External links may stop working or lead to a different destination.
We do not promise uninterrupted access to HiddenWeb or the continued availability of any external website. Information in the directory is general information and should not be treated as professional advice or a recommendation to enter into a transaction.
6.Reporting concerns
If you believe a listing links to unlawful content, infringes your rights or contains misleading information, use its Report function or our contact form. Please identify the specific HiddenWeb entry and explain the concern clearly. Do not send unlawful files as evidence.
We review notices and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. Removing or correcting a directory entry does not remove content from an independently operated external website.
7.Legal responsibility
This disclaimer explains the role and limitations of the directory. It does not create a blanket exclusion of liability or override mandatory legal obligations.
Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory statutory rights and any express commitments made for a paid service remain unaffected. Responsibility in an individual case is determined by applicable law and the circumstances.
