Took a minute. Downloaded on windows. Mega worked for me, the others weren't loading or something. For anyone reading you can also access the book here: https://drugusersbible.org/worldscape/the_relative_harm.html but you can only really download it on the onion site above. The book has really precise information. Dominic Milton provides clear and concise reasoning and evidence for every claim he makes. It dives into everything from the War on drugs to warning children not to consume drugs in the best way i've seen someone do it. Definitively worth the read to understand an abundant problem we choose to ignore.
